"Pirates" is fun, though with a running time of more than two hours, it's overlong. And too many of its battle scenes are too dimly lit.. I really like this movie. thank you. Nothing exposes the pettiness of man's foibles quite like the beauty of the natural world, which almost always loses out in the end..
